We currently ship across Aotearoa. We are located in Auckland.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, as each item is handmade with intention. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is sent.

Please note: We’re a small business and occasionally attend markets or restock in batches, so slight delays can happen - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a genuine issue, please email us at soulsjourney067@gmail.com within 7 - 12 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can sort it out with care.
